Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions of the 2018 Farm Bill and all applicable state and federal regulations regarding the sale, distribution, and shipment of THC products. Vendors agree to comply with the legal framework established by the 2018 Farm Bill, which permits the cultivation, sale, and distribution of hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. Furthermore, vendors are responsible for adhering to any and all relevant state laws and regulations that may impose additional requirements or restrictions beyond those set forth by federal law.
In the event of any conflict between state and federal laws, the vendor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the more stringent requirement applicable to their operations. SativaZon LLC shall not be liable for any violations of the law arising from the vendor’s non-compliance with these legal standards.
